We are currently in search of self motivated and tenacious sales people who want to join us and be a part of our success in our Windsor (UK) office.

We offer full training, bespoke to you, both from a sales and market perspective, which will ensure that you have all the support necessary to maximise your full potential.

The ideal candidate:

• Be a graduate or of graduate caliber
• Be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a competitive direct sales environment
• Possess the confidence and communication skills to liaise with people across all levels
• Have a persuasive nature and the resilience to overcome objections
• Have at least 12 months commercial work experience

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Develop new business opportunities via market mapping and cold calling
• Generate a network of candidates via advertising, headhunting and networking
• Oversee the entire interview process, maintaining solid relationships and providing attention to detail at all times
• Use your negotiation skills to agree the best possible solution for both your client and candidate
